Join me for a 20 minute TOTAL BODY STRETCH ROUTINE for muscle recovery and relaxation. Do this sequence after your workout or on your rest day. We'll perform mostly static stretches with a few flowing movements throughout. You'll recognize a couple of familiar YOGA postures within the routine as well. My upper body (neck/back/shoulders) felt really tight I almost didn't work out today. But I did one of your HIIT with cardio and decided to add this routine as well. I feel so much better. Your verbal guidance through each pose makes a huge difference (your mind forgets to pull up tall and needs that reminder sometimes!)

Such a wonderful stretch that allowed me to lengthen and relax my muscles while calming my mind. I was totally in the moment throughout this session and now, I am feeling terrific!! Beautiful way to finish the Winter Workout Challenge 2023!!
Week 8/Day 6 is done and the challenge is done in its entirety!!

That's it. Final day of the Winter Challenge completed 😊. I totally, totally enjoyed this stretch practice. If I could give more than 1👍 I would. Super end to the 8 week series. I will definitely be revisiting this one for sure. More like this Mik please. But to be honest I like all your workouts 😁✅. Especially the 20/30 minute workouts. Thank you.
