I've been doing your 15 minute routine three times a week for the last year, and it's made a huge difference to my life. The lat stretches in particular. My only complaint about that routine was that aside from the neck and lat stretches, the rest of the upper body stretches didn't really "do it" for me.


This new routine's upper body stretches are far more helpful for me. But I found that the lower body stretches didn't feel as effective as those from the older routine. So I think that I will alternate routines to start with, and might create a combined routine out of both of them, so that both my upper and lower body get a good stretch in a single routine.

This routine is awesome. I’ve been doing it since you released it, I try to do it everyday if not every other. I was diagnosed with bursitis in my hips and the pain was unreal . I didn’t want to have injections so I started searching and found your channel many years ago, I started doing volume 1 and other hip routines you have but this is my favourite and is a good variety of stretches and has totally changed my life, I would say my hips feel 95% better than they were . I’m a truck driver so just sitting was painful.I have been doing this for years now and just wanted to say thanks 👍

1st day and OMG my iliopsoas muscle area is extremely tight. Had a child 6 years ago and my body is not the same. Will continue doing this.

Hi Tom, I am a 70 year old lady who has been diagnosed with a Bakers Cyst and hip bursitis, very painful! Started doing your 20 min stretch class about a month ago, every day, and love it. The pain is barely noticeable now. Thank you.

ive used this video roughly 15 times and now i am able to reach under my feet. im 30 years old and never in my life was able to touch my toes. thanks sir great content. i am now waiting for v3, v4, and v5.

Glad there's a few of these to catch up on! Did V1 for 3 months along with one workout program.

Now I'm switching programs and switching over to V2 !

Loving the full body stretches, and the ability to cycle between a few versions of this routine

Mostly using it for stress relief personally the recovery and flexibility are added bonuses

This is my first time ever stretching for flexibility and I got to the end and I couldn't believe it went in so quick - I've always hated stretching but I loved this! When you're so inflexible that sitting on your knees alone already feels like you're doing some advanced type of stretch 😅

Just a little update: I've been lifting and stretching right after 3x a week for 1 month straight and can now sit on my knees without issue among numerous other things that gave me trouble or discomfort before 👍

I have been watching your stretching videos every week almost for the entirety of 2019, I couldnt reach my feet in a simple pike and now I can do that and a little bit more. I feel really proud of myself and I really adore your work and wish to someday be as flexible as you are. Much love my man!

Bro, Thank you very much for these videos. I'm a 34 year old tradie that has hands down to my knees and couldn't touch the ground with straight legs. I've been doing these everyday after work for the last five weeks now and my flexibility is ten fold better than it was. I can now touch my feet and have the goal to be able to pancake by the end of the year! Thanks again and keep these 20 minute routines coming!! #bodyweightwarrior ✊🏽
