Obi, I ride a Harley Road Glide and a Big Dog Chopper for enjoyment. This is my 4-5 day routine along with a 20-minute dumbbell workout. This program has been key to working all of the muscle groups I use to ride both bikes. The chopper requires more muscle groups which you have included in this stretching exercise. Thanks Obi! You are such a genuine person. I definitely needed this. I couldn't believe that 20 minutes ended so quickly. The hip mobility is a definite must for me. I have knee pain because quads and not strong and hips are too tight so thanks again for this.

I need to say that this flexibility routine really saved my day. This is somehow something like the best routine I ever did since it unites calmness and pretty powerful strech exercices into a mindcalming 20min "workout". Thanks for this Obi!

Working 2 years from home, my mobility and flexibility suffered loads, as I became a couch potato 🤦‍♀️so I've started taking slowly pilates and step classes before starting going again to the gym and I've started doing mobility and flexibility routine in the mornings and love this videos!!!! Thanks Obi for doing them! Love them!

I have been an athlete for years and I believe that mobility and flexibility have been essential in managing my pain. It keeps me performing at my best prior to my workouts. Obi created a nice compilation in this video and I appreciate the added touch of yoga.
