I was lying in bed watching a couple of your videos when I realised I could be actually FOLLOWING along with this video instead of leaving it until tomorrow morning! Now I'm breathing hard and my hips, glutes and thighs are feeling re-activated! I've never seen that 2nd posture where you hold your foot with your hand turned round that way before, either. Liked and subscribed!

That was hard especially the aeroplane, I was shaking like a drug user going cold turkey!!! Very enjoyable though, shall I spend a little more time balancing on the weaker side to create equilibrium in my body.

Great short work out. I’ll use it in the current self isolation. One question, in the second pose, shouldn’t the knees be close together ie the bent thigh straight up and down?
