OMGOODNESS! I completely underestimated this excercise routine because it was only 10 mins but I soon had a reality check. I’m sweating more than ever and exhausted in an awesome way. I continuously completed most but not all of the exercises, however some were completed with the modifications. I going to stick with this routine until I can complete it in its entirety WITHOUT modification. I know my body will be kills after this. Thanks MadFit. You are AWESOME!❤❤❤

This is my first real workout postpartum! It feels good to have my body back, now I just have to whip it back into shape! Thanks for the great workouts that I can do with my baby next to me (much like your dog), and for all the modifications to make it possible for my weakened abdominals 😂

Maddie, your videos have gotten me into a healthier day to day mindset by always starting with an achievable workout before I start my work day and they that motivates me to keep going to do more throughout the day (walks, swimming, dancing). Also, literally, I have never felt more seen when Jazz joined you. Literally as she did, my dig Peanut, came over to start licking my ankles and generally getting twisted up in my feet 😅

I am 59 years old and have always been pretty active. I've tried a few other programs but yours are perfect. I haven't exercised for a few years (knee injury & life in general) but I'm back at it and LOVE your program. Thank you!

Hi Maddie, thanks for making me active. I'm 59 and have following you for over 2 years and definitely I see the change on my body and your workout is for younger and older people like me. I can follow your steps with no problem now of course you are giving alternative . I have stopped worked last 2 months because of my neck and shoulder problem and now I'm back but I don't see much change on my body shape. Thanks again❤❤❤💐
