Full Body DUMBBELL WORKOUT at Home | Quick and Effective

Hello everyone!
This is a follow along dumbbell only full body workout that you can do at home! It hits your legs, posterior chain, chest, arms and core.
It is only 1 round of 10 exercises lasting 40 seconds each and 20 seconds rest. I have put this workout to a timer just to keep check on rest periods and to keep your heart rate up that little bit more throughout. Definitely a great workout to be done twice over if you have 20 minutes as your intention!
The exercises are as follows:
High squat
Alternating lunges
Romanian deadlift
Squat to press
Shoulder press (single arm alternating to endure same number reps both sides)
Bent over row
Chest press
Tricep press
Russian twists (1 dumbbell only)
Plank lift unders (1 dumbbell only)
So if you have a pair of dumbbells at home whether it be 5kgs or higher give it a go!
