■For Skinny Body: For the best way to tone and sculpt your body without losing weight, it is important to eat the right foods and stay hydrated—your muscles depend on it and, eat foods high in protein with this workout. - Have a Balanced Eating Habits - Eat more protein at every meal.
♡♥For teenagers: It's important for teens to lose weight the healthy way by making diet and lifestyle changes that nourish growing bodies and can be followed long term.
1)firstly, think healthy eating plan, not diet; Fruits and vegetables every day. (healthy eating doesn't mean going hungry)
2) Do home workout 30 to 60 minutes a day three or four days a week—that's a start, including full body cardio workout and aerobic activity are running, swimming, and dancing (not too much)

I've been doing this routine 3 times per week for a month and it has worked wonders!
I went from 58kg to almost 54kg (I'm 1, 60m so for me that's A LOT) and I've gained muscle which I never had before, also my abs are starting to be noticeable and I'm so happy! The best workout for someone with little time to spare because of online school.

ive been douing this for a 6 days now and my arms and legs and stomach got slimmer now i have a tiny stomach!! don give up ill be doing this for 30 days! Ill update!! NEVER GIVE UP i've had those days where i didnt feel motivated to do it everyday but i still did and now i went from skinny fat to almost slim!! i've also been doing this with the 12 min weight loss full body at home workout!!! DONT GIVE UP WL= CONSISTANCY!

Okay so I will do this and will share my experience...
Weight - 62 kg
Day 1:- Done... Yeah it was not that easy but it was fun.... I sweated a lot...
Day 2:- Done... And I can actually feel the difference in just two days...
Day 3:- Done... It was easy today...
Day 4:-Done...
Day 5:-Done...
Day 6:-Done...
Day 7:-Done...

Sorry I forgot to update...
My weight is now 60 kg...
I lost 2 kg by doing this only for 7 days... I also did dance practice...

Guys I advise you to do this workout not every day, listen to your body, to have stronger muscles you must also let them rest. For this reason I recommend that you train on every other day :)

So here I am trying this exercise (I'll be doing with low impact)
Day 1: In India, it's winter and I'm already sweating a lot. Enjoyed it so much
Day 2: DONE Its was exhausting. I had an AMAZING TIME
Day 3: done I found it a little easier to do today.😀
Day 4: DONE 👍👍👍👍👍
Day 5: Hurrah Done!!!
Day 6: DONE, Idk why but I am feeling like this workout is my fun time.
Day 7: DONE!! I can't tell you how much happy I am. Before I used to have 3 layers of belly, Now I have 2 only
