FUN, FEISTY, and ONLY 10 MINUTES!? YES PLEASE! This is a short, intense, and effective full body workout when you want to work it all!

I know with school starting back up, exercise time in the morning might be cut short. This workout is perfect when you are short on time, but don't want to miss out on an awesome workout! Things do move quickly during this workout, so before we end each exercise I will let you know what we have coming next, you can also see the full work structure below!

FEISTY AND FUN FULL BODY WORKOUT EQUIPMENT, STRUCTURE, AND EXERCISES

EQUIPMENT: DUMBBELLS AND A MAT
I'm using 5kg, 7.5kg, 10kg, & 17.5kg.

WORKOUT STRUCTURE
9 EXERCISES
1 TIME THROUGH EACH EXERCISE
WORK: 60 REST: 10

- TRICEP OVERHEAD EXTENSION
- CURL AND PRESS
- SUMO SQUAT
- PUSH UPS
- DEAD BUG
- SUMO GLUTE BRIDGE
- GOBLET SQUAT
- RENEGADE ROWS
- BICYCLE CRUNCH

So happy to be able to get in a full body in such a short amount of time. And I loved the ab segment right in the middle. Those side plank lifts are my nemesis but they are definitely getting easier by sticking with your strength videos.
