Saw this today, and am doing the workout right now. Had to take a month off of weights/exercise due to an injury, and felt my muscle tone going away. This is the perfect routine to start back into things before combining the upper/lower body workouts again. Core too. :) Thank you very much for showing us these workouts, and 'doing' them with us too. :)

Felt good! I like the ones where you just blow through the exercises and there's not a lot of breaks-maybe easier moves here and there instead. WAY more motivating to keep it going!
