I love workouts like these. They’re not boring, I can do them without anything, just me and my body, and I can do them upstairs in my room, undisturbed and I won’t disturb the people downstairs because there’s no jumping. Thank you so much for making these videos!!

I just want to say your amazing and thank you! I have tried multiple fitness channels and your is by far the best. I have three boys who i love with every ounce of my being, but after my last son I hated the way I felt and looked. I found yours after trying a few other channels and I was hooked! I have gone from 252lb to 163lb!

I loved this !! I did it as my "finisher " after doing your 20 minute full body (no equipment ). This finisher was awesome. I was wondering if u can do a " menstrual "friendly workout routine... this week was really rough for me to workout w cramping etc. 😫. But i dont like to skip out on my workouts. I would love it if u added that . 🥰

Omg!!! Huge milestone today. Finally was able to do 45 seconds of mt climbers without stopping or modifying to steps !! 👏🏼👏🏼 damn I was so proud. But let me tell you… 45 seconds of step jacks w/ toe touches after is killer ! 💪🏼💪🏼 Maddie you are just the best and I’m so strong and fit now because of you😍
I feel so confident at the gym because I know I’m doing everything with such good form because of how well you’ve trained and taught me. 😅 just THANK YOU! From the bottom of my heart. ❤

this was AMAZING!!!! My body was SO sore because yesterday was the first time in like a month I do a proper workout, but I didn't want to skip because I craved a workout, and I didn't like the idea of doing a no jumping workout because I thought it would be too easy, so instead I did an instense cardio and i almost fainted after two minutes, then I tried this and it was not hard to the point where I think I will throw up but let me tell you babes I am SWEATING AND I LOVE IT! DO THIS RIGHT NOW! IT MOTIVATED ME FOR MORE! I CAN'T STOP! I WILL BINGE THESE VIDS UNTIL I THEN I AM GOING TO LISTEN TO MY BODY AND DO A COOL DOWN AND SHOWER AND THEN EAT BREAKFAST BECAUSE ITS 1:08PM AND I WOKE UP AT 12 AND I WAS LAZY BUT YOU KNOW WHAT I GOT UP CLEANED MY ROOM AND WORKED OUT AND NOW THE DAY HAS ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES! YOU CHANGED MY MOOD MADIE! I LOVE LIFE AND YOU SHOULD
