Get ready for a CHALLENGING 10 minute full body dumbbell workout that will target every muscle group to help you become stronger, build lean muscle and burn fat for up to 48 hours for hours after the workout leaving you feeling GREAT!
This is the perfect home dumbbell workout that packs a lot of punch in a short amount of time. Save this workout to your playlist and come back to it anytime you need to squeeze in a killer workout when time is limited.
This home dumbbell workout is challenging, so use manageable weights to ensure you get through the entire workout. If you want to maximize your strength training then go a little heavier on the dumbbells. If you want to make this more HIIT/cardio focused then you can use lighter weights and do more reps. Make this workout your own 👊🏼
WORKOUT DETAILS
👉🏼 Duration: 10 Minutes
👉🏼 Equipment: A set of dumbbells (I'm using 30 lb / 13.6 kg dumbbells), a mat and a bench or box (optional) -- if you don't have a bench then you can lay on the floor.
💪🏽 In this workout I'm using SMRTFT 5-80lb adjustable dumbbells (My favorite adjustable dumbbells).

👉🏼 Timing: Each round consists of 3 exercises that you'll complete for 30 seconds each. You'll have a short 5 second rest between the first 2 exercises and then 30 seconds of rest after the third exercise.
