I love that you incorporate yoga with warm up and cool downs. I was doing Chloe Ting for a while but, I decided to switch it up and I LOVE your style! The only thing I would include is the modifications but, from doing so much Chloe Ting, I just did that on my own. Thank you for sharing, I already feel stronger!💪
