I did these asanas this morning in my bed only after 5-7 minutes of waking up. I think I strained my back a little bit. And I am not a complete beginner. It has been 2 months since I have been doing yoga 4-5 times a week under the supervision of my yoga trainer. Never have I strained any body part of mine. So, a word of caution guys, always do some warm up exercise first (it should have been a part of this video only). That said, the asanas and the trainer in this video are great. Just keep in my mind my little advice to reap benefits. Cheers to good health! :-)

Thankz a lot di apke aaj yoga kiryas neh mujeh bahut help ki .mai last 5yrs sai yoga karti aa rahi hoon.but aaj mrng ko hi maine socha ki aab mujeh band kar dena chahiye but apke is vdo sai mujeh achi bate pata chali.
