Let's stretch out our hips, quads, hamstrings and inner thighs with this intermediate yoga flow.

Welcome everyone, I've got a juicy hip opening yoga class for you today! This is a 30 minute yoga flow meant to stretch out your inner and outer thights, glutes, psoas, quads and hamstrings. We will seriously target all areas of the hips to improve flexibility and mobility.

This is a slow flow stretch with almost no emphasis on strength. Some of the poses are quite deep stretches so this might be best for intermediate yoga students. However, if you are a beginner you can certainly give this one a try, you might just need to modify a few poses. No props are needed for this class. Enjoy the stretch!

I just wanted to say to you Kassandra, that every time I get to your yoga practices and it says "Intermediate" my first thought is.. "maybe not for me", but all of them have become accomplishable and enjoyable for me and the best part is - I've learned pretty much everything in yoga from you over the past year. So what you said in the end 2020 in the message to us - you are right, yoga does work. Free yoga on the internet does work! Sending you so much love and gratitude!

After close to 20 years of on and off practicing, finally someone said, your shin doesn't have to be parallel to the mat :) Thank you for this Kassandra ! I am reading a book Your Body, Your Yoga and see how many things we were told by several instructors were very rigid and we ended with injury. I love the way you teach, your cues are "the" best. Please keep doing what have you been doing. Thank you

Hi Kassandra my name is Bina from London I am 61 this year I have started your yoga YouTube classes from January 2021. I love 30 minute morning classes. This was great! I struggle with holding my breath thanks to anxiety, so i personally LOVE the breathing reminders. Awesome class, thank you so much Kassandra.

I love how gentle you are with your instructions. I don’t feel pressured to actually get the pose the first time. Because of this I attempted the pigeon pose, and held a modified version. That’s my win for today and reminded me to try things in life even if they look hard or even if I failed in the past! Namaste 🙏🏾

As a runner, I have searched high and low for hip/hamstring yoga practices that really get into the places I need them to but also focus on the breath and really feel like yoga. This was one of the absolute best that I have found- thank you so much! I love the explanation of pulling forward from your lower back, as well. I feel so good all over!

You have been a lifesaver during this pandemic by helping me relax my neck muscles from my herniated disc and helping the pain from my stubbornly tight hip flexors.
