Best meditation I've found on here. In other videos, the guide is constantly talking, saying things like, "Think back to a happy time" and "Think about the things you have to do today" which takes me out of the relaxation and stresses me out. This one just guides my breathing, which is perfect. Thank you!

Perfect way to start the day! I use guided meditation at night because I get sooo relaxed. This one is perfect for me in the morning because it takes me longer than five minutes to fall asleep. I have to say that if I listened to your voice for too much longer I would definitely be soothed to sleep! Great meditation and an amazing experience. Thanks so very much!

Don't normally do guided meditations, i'm generally pretty cynical and rational and these sorts of things don't appeal to me. But decided to follow along after some Yoga I've been trying. I teared up. Relaxing, forcing myself to put away the anxiety and thoughts of the day ahead, and then thanking myself for taking the time to focus on myself and self-love.... idk it was just a really nice experience that I didn't expect. Thanks for this
