Yay! It's been a month since I started my daily workout with Eleni. These videos save me time since I can do these at home during my break time. Plus, I love the music, and the routines! Not boring at all! In 1 month, I noticed my body has become more flexible and more energetic. I also noticed lesser body pain compared before. I used to have back and sciatica pain, but now my body is slowly becoming better! Thank you!

I just completed 91 st day of my belly workout excluding 11 resting days ! So proud of my own consistency !

Also yesterday I didn't take an afternoon nap that boosted my confidence and today I had nine hour thirty minutes sleep getting back on early to bed early to rise track !
