This instructor is amazing, she knows what works: working the obliques is what makes a difference and standing abs burn many more calories than crunching.

Wow I would argue 10 min is all you need. I'm sweating and out of breath. The small movements are sometimes harder. Awesome workout! I don't like working abs, but standing is so much better. Thank you!
