Oh my word, this practice has gone straight to the Best Yoga playlist! I was expecting a series of gentle stretches but received so much more! Dear Sara Beth, i ve been following you through the years, i have try all your posture sequences (i had terrible posture due to my weightlifting and fighting background) and this one here i think is one of the best you have made. My posture is great now without even thinking about it! You are great coach, fantastic person and a gorgeous woman. Thank you very much i appreciate it!
