Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

Guys! It’s okay to stop for longer rests in between, it’s okay if you feel like giving up.. but do not quit, trust me, the feeling you’re gonna get once you’re done with 30minutes is just effable! You got this!

When Lilly is very hype, YOU KNOW you're about to die in the first 10 minutes of the workout and then hear "is just the warm up". hahahahaha

I feel lack of results update.. So am gonna start this workout tomorrow and I will surely update you guys.. Stay tune...starting WEIGHT- 51.6 kg, waist - 27 inches, lower belly - 31 inches
Day1- never ever did so many squads in my life 😰 and that burpees omg 😩😵hated it but completed day 1
Day 2-completed
Day3 - I feel sore 😩am in pain but hoping for the good result.. No pain no gain😉
Day4-rest day😇
Day5- ✅ done
Day6- ✅
Day 7- ✅had a cramp in my leg I hope it should be normal tomorrow so that I can continue 🤞
Day 8-completed but still have some pain did workout with lots of breaks.. I hated the ladder workout coz all the exercises on repeat 😣

WEIGHT UPDATE- 50kg 🎉lost 1.6 kg in a week
Waist - 26 inches
Lower belly - 30 inches

Day 9-completed
Day 10-done ✅
Day11-completed 😰
Day12-rest
Day13- ✅ I didn't want to do it but I pushed myself and I did it one last day to go 🎉
Day 14- finally! Finally! Completed the 2 week shred challange 🎉🎊🤩
WEIGHT UPDATE - 49.7 kg (lost 1.9kg almost 2 kgs in just 14 days) that's amazing 😍
Waist - 25 1/2 inches (lost 1 and 1/2 inches)
Lower belly - 30 inches (lost 1 inch)
Overall am happy 😊

this is my first time doing her workouts and i'm committing myself to trying out her 14 day challenge.
starting stats:
weight: 74.7 kg/164.8 lbs
waist: 29.25 in/74.295 cm
day 1 is done!
bring it on lilly!

edit: day 12 is finished therefore the challenge is complete!

i made a slight change to the schedule because i don't workout on sundays so i just followed the workouts monday through saturday with sunday as my rest day

ending stats:
weight: ??? (i have no clue because the batteries in the only scale in the house died and we don't have the right batteries to replace it. i'm cool with it though lol)
waist: 29"/73.66cm

i noticed a lot of NSVs (i'm trying to pay attention to these more than weight anyway) so here's a few that i've noticed!

-waist has gotten noticeably smaller (it's not by a lot but i def see a difference)

-abs are a bit more visible and my stomach has gotten flatter (and it stays like that most of the day which is new)

-butt is more rounded and lifted (wasn't expecting that) and gluteus medius feels more rounded (i feel like these muscles have been pretty weak and i want to get stronger and lilly has definitely been helping! i do have hip dips but strength is more my priority than trying to get rid of them for looks)

-shoulders look more chiseled (yay!)

-my stamina has improved A LOT. don't be deceived. lilly still kills me every single time but i definitely feel stronger now than when i first started 😁

lilly really got me in the end because even though i've almost met my death every time i did a workout, i came out on the other side feeling so proud of myself for making it through. i actually had a lot of fun with this challenge and i'd like to continue lilly's workouts for another 6 weeks to see how things go and where i can get to as well as get a more well rounded experience 🤗

anywho, this was super long so i'm gonna bounce (as much as my sore legs will allow me lol) if you've read until the end, you're awesome and you've got this. whatever it is, you can make it through, i know it. have a great day! :)

I just wanted to share my weight lose journey this whole pandemic. I started doing Chloe Tings workout for about 4months. It did make me strong but I'm not thst happy with the results and I feel like doing her workouts is a burden and tbh I'm not enjoying it. So I've watched Linda Sun's blog and she recommended it. So Itried Lilly's workout (2vids) and I'm actually having fun. Doing her workouts for about 2 months I've seen a big results even my family noticed it. I lose some fats around my stomach and arms. She's really underated. And lastly I didn't do any diet. I eat rice since I'm from the Philippines. I still eat white bread, junk foods, sweets and all that.

Why does the 15 seconds rest move so much faster than the actual 45 seconds workout on the timer? It’s not a 15 second rest. I barely have time to catch my breath.

guys, please stop comparing Lilly with Chloe. THEY ARE BOTH BENEFICIAL AND MAKES YOU STRONGER AS LONG AS YOU DO IT. Some of you who likes to complain that it doesn't work on them: IT TAKES TIME, please keep that in mind. Keep eating healthy and do consistent workouts(no matter what videos you're doing) and I'm sure you will see results. Be grateful that chloe and lilly both spend time providing us with plans to help us get healthy during quarantine like this. 💕💕
