Ally thankyou!! I have been practising yoga nidra with you now for a number of years, it has been instrumental in my healing journey. I was diagnosed with glioblastoma (stage 4 brain cancer) in November 2022, first surgery was 2020 which is when I discovered your channel. I always knew I would be a miracle.
