How to crack your Shoulder (Extreme Pop) Self Adjustment

Sometimes you need to adjust your shoulders. In this tutorial lesson, there is a two step process. First, you need to warm up your shoulders by stretching and letting loose. Stretching can take up to 5 to 10 minutes. If it feels comfortable, keep on flexing and stretching your shoulder muscles. The next step is the shoulder pop adjustment. For this, you need a table and your knees for the drop and pop. Please consult your doctor, chiropractor, and physical therapist before cracking or self adjust, aligning your shoulder.

I used to have pain on my shoulder. Been there for years. I didn't have a table for step number 2. So I used my mother in law as a table. Bad news is the pain on my shoulder is still there. Good news is my mother in law is still in table posture until today. I don't need to buy a table anymore. Thanks doc!

Thank you so much! I heard a slight pop and felt relief. My shoulder was locked up after breaking my arm 4 months ago, and although my shoulder finally unlocked and moving fine, I felt like I needed an adjustment. It didn't feel quite right and this help it get back in place.

holy fuck it worked... i lift weights and i've had a twinge in my left shoulder that i just could not get out for 2 weeks... i didnt drop as fast as he did.. but i kinda just eased down and let the weight of my body force the pop... instant relief. thanks

Thank you! I slept wrong and my shoulder was hurting. When I tried this It didn't pop initially but after rolling my shoulder it popped. It's still a little sore but I have full motion and strength in it.

this is similar to what chiro did for me, and it is a great relief, but i can't do it because my arm instinctively tenses up to brace for the drop

loool i just had a six hour drive and my shoulder’s killin me and i just rest for awhile to loosen my shoulder and tried this one and POP! helped me a lot 👍🏽😂 the pop sounds solid and satisfying

I just rotate my shoulder up and let it drop slow with a twist and it pops extremly loud and feels good and much safer then this
