So glad that I found your videos. When my children were little and not very heavy, I used to instruct them how to carefully, walk on my back to get it to pop. Now there is no one, so these videos really help. Fell down the basement steps when I was about ten and back then we didn't visit Dr's like now a days. And ever since I can not stretch and open, a certain spot in my middle back, hurts to much. So I use your exercises to relax the muscles around that area. Works Great, Thank You so much!!

Thank you for the soup can trick. My back has been locked up for two weeks, it's been affecting my sleep, and don't have a foam roller. Glad to know I can use any flavor, since we are fresh out of beef barley. 😉
