God bless you 🥹. I am living in a place in forest in north of Sweden that 2 hours away from hospital. I was suffering migrain, back pain and shoulder pain. I wommit then i realized you. I made 3 videos. Now feeling way much better. Gonna take a shower and put myself in sleep. Thank you 🥹

I fell in the shower 2-3 years ago and landed on my left shoulder. My shoulder has been feeling off ever since. I went to a chiropractor and they didn't help much, doctors basically tell me to heat and ice it. I've been struggling with sleep ever since, as when I sleep on my side, my arm goes numb. Lately, I've been dealing with carpel tunnel syndrome symptoms as well which I suspect is related. I did exercise 4 and I got a sudden release like no other. Thank you so much for your video. I'm going to keep doing these exercises.

My shoulder has been feeling like it's out of place and been dealing with pain the past couple of days. These stretches helped very much. I actually felt a pop with the first exercise in the video and felt immediate relief. Thank

So I dislocated my left shoulder from hockey and not even 2 weeks later I dislocated my right shoulder. The first time I went to the hospital but the second time It popped back it self only a couple seconds after it dislocated. It didn’t hurt as much as the first one did initially but after popping back in it hurt more then when I got my left one popped back in. I really didn’t want to go to the hospital again so I took a shot on this video. The pop I got was one of the best feelings I’ve ever had. Thanks bro your a life saver

Man, I’ve been having severe neck/shoulder/upper back pain for a while now and while I admit I’m a self popper I am smart enough to know it isn’t safe but I tried this once for both shoulders and both instantly released and relieved pain in the shoulder and even up into the neck. I needed this brother. Thank you

Oh my god, thank you SO MUCH for posting this video!!! I've had pain in my shoulders for YEARS from being slightly dislocated. I found out when what should have been a workplace injury for a normal person popped one of my shoulders back into place 😅 I've been trying to figure out how to fix the other one ever since because once the constant pain was gone in one shoulder it doubled in the other. I was worried I'd have to explain this to a doctor (not had great luck in healthcare) when I did Exercise 4 and somehow figured out how to ~gently~ put my shoulder, shoulder blade AND collarbone back where they belonged in the socket. Seriously you just saved me hundreds of dollars and from a lifetime of pain. Thank you thank you thank you ♡♡♡♡♡

I WANT TO THANK YOU!!! I had air in my shoulder from a movement I made, and was crying from pain. It hurt to walk, breath, it hurt hurt. And I looked up videos on how to pop the shoulder and your video was the first one to pop up. I click it, and I followed one by one, until I got with the one that truly did a miracle. The one laying on the floor. Very painful by the way but- THANK Because you took the pain away with that exercise. My shoulder didn't pop, but the pain is gone. I did burp a few times as soon as I stood up, so I'm guess we can say it did pop. 😂🤦 So, THANK YOU!!!!

God bless you! You just changed my life I can't even express my emotions right now. I can't believe it took me 11 years of stress and pain to not be able to walk to find out I could pop it back in in my bedroom.
