I cannot understate the change having a “routine” has had on my mornings. It’s 7:15, just finished this video with my cup of coffee. I started watching this video 3-4 times/week about 2 months ago, and only recently made the switch from *rolling out of bed in a rush around **8:30* .... to an alarm at 6:30, and moving precisely through my morning routine. I’ve been LESS tired and MORE productive, like lightyears more productive. My attitude and mood are greatly improved and I owe a lot of the credit for change in the simplicity of this video. This is a rant but I figure if you’re still reading you care enough to start changing.

Do this video every morning and your body will thank you. Listen to Sean’s cues, and over time you will hone in more and more. Stay focused

60 years old, started/ stopped yoga routine for years. Sean is the best, been back to this routine a dozen times or so. It’s challenging, difficult, but not impossible, and I feel a bit more flexible, which at 60 is saying something. Doing the routine with Sean is like doing it with your buddy whose good at it, funny, takes you a long, but doesn’t put you down. Excellent workout.

Thank You! Just turned 30, never done yoga. I've been severely neglecting my body. I feel like I just got my ass kicked in the best way. I will be watching and practicing with this video for the next 30 mornings.

I am 75 and I am recovering from sitting on my ass in the car for 50 years. Yoga was recommended by PT. I just happened on this video. I made it through about 12 minutes. My muscles are so tight I can get down just past my waist. I’m glad I found this. Between this, stretching and icing I think I will survive and get back to some meaningful hiking

I have only tried gentle flow yoga once in the past. I was shocked at the increased stamina I experienced after just following this video for three days. Will definitely continue on with this regimen.

Man I was not expecting to build this much of a sweat doing yoga but this was tough... I've really let myself go in the last year and stuggling this much with a beginner's class was a wake-up call, will definitely continue this

Vigue is a great instructor. I do his short yoga routine every morning. I am an age group triathlete and do a lot of athletic training. It took me about a month to feel improvement and it feels great!

I just finished this!  I totally absolutely agree with going back to doing these beginner type of exercises to return to the foundation of the workouts, that way when we work our ways ahead we will be more prepared and the harder workouts will then be easier.  Thank you Coach Sean, Josh, and Claudia!

Thank you for this and all your videos. Ive lived a life of pain due to a lack of flexibility. Ive been attempting some of these moves for the last 2 weeks (first time) and I have gotten noticeable improvement in range of motion and lower back pain. It has now become a natural part of my day and I am always looking for a chance to stretch using one of the techniques Ive learned from this video. I feel that Yoga is quickly filling holes in my physical game..while making me feel wonderfully. Ive wanted to try Yoga for many years and I am very happy that i finally have. I look forward to moving through more regiments on your channel. Be well

Sean's beginner workouts are amazing at 53 I have just progressed onto this one and the beginner one helped to get me ready for this. Sean is a real person and realistic. He is actually the best instructor on the site I have found. He must be an amazing instructor. He changed my life. I now have energy and find all sport easier

Thank you for this video! I can see a difference after doing this for the first time. I can see however I have a long road ahead of me to restore my body! I will keep doing this and explore your other videos for hopefully complete control of my aging body!

Started this today. Disabled due to injury on the force. But this really, REALLY helped. Yes, I hurt in places I thought impossible, yes I farted a lot, but wow. I must get into a daily routine with this and meditation. ☮️💜🇮🇪
