Laughed out loud a few times during this one...especially when you commented on the inappropriate short shorts! Since being stuck inside a little more the past few days I've been working out more and finding everything extra tight. I've really enjoyed these beginner stretches and definitely agree that they are good for everyone regardless of fitness level. Thanks Sean!

You know what? I thank you so much for this. I was in pain and i just went on youtube just searching for inspiration. I am subscribed to you so I just clicked on and just started. And I tell you my pain was not just physical but spiritual and as you begin talking and starting this warm up I got down on my floor and started...my pain subsided I felt like I was outside to. But most importantly my spirit started I thank you for all that you do. I am very humbled right now.

Hello! my name is Danny, and I am 62 years old and a Diabetic and a double amputee! I have always worked out and I have always wanted to do yoga, but, up until now, it was difficult, and expensive. I found your routine and I have been doing this 3 times a week, for about 3 weeks.and I love it!! it's hard, but I am getting better! Thanks man. I'm mrdotts on Instagram trying different things out. And wanted to try Yoga out. So I searched and I seen your video. I use to be 577+ lbs. I was 312 lbs as of Dec 21st. I weigh in on the 18th of Jan 2016. I've lost 265 lbs on my own. No surgery. I'm use to make YT videos. Now I just post on IG. Thanks for my first Yoga Lesson. 👍🏼👊🏼
