I really like having the slower sets included alongside the faster ones. It’s actually a great way to learn to really squeeze and flush out every movement. Learning what excellent form FEELS like is how you GET excellent form. And having excellent form is how you get excellent RESULTS.

Finally finished my 30 day ABS workout and guess what? lost 2.2KG of fat mass since 22.12.22! in one month alone my abs got really visible. Will keep doing abs workout every day to make sure they pop 😉 Funny thing is, now i cant even stop myself from doing abs workout everyday 😆

I have been doing this workout everyday for about one and a half years now and I can definitely say it makes a huge difference! I have a really visible six pack now! Thanks for making this workout and remember to always never give up! 😊

started the 30 day challenge an year ago, now, and not that consistently(around 2-4 times per week) my ab is the most defined its ever been. Pai this workout with running and a good breakfast really goes a long way. Keep up my guys 🔱

This is the second time I choose this session to work out my abs. I think it’s definitely the hardest ant the best of all your exercises, you really feel the intensity in your blood and flesh. Igor you are a beast🔥🔥🔥🔥
