WOOOO it's a 30 min core and ab workout. never done this before.. but I love this workout so much.. might have to do longer core & ab workouts from now on.. Maybe I'm ignorant of how things should go in workout world but she totally skipped the other side of those Side Plank Crunches and dips.

Maybe I'm the crazy one! Correct me if I'm wrong!

There is way too much time in between transitions. Also, a screen shot of what comes next would be fabulous.

Omg!!! Loved it! It was intense but doable. Just the right amount of everything, my muscles were burning but there were enough breaks that I wasn’t worn out so u could keep going!! 💖💖Ps your so fit it’s inspiring

Note to self:
1:10-16:10
30s side plank twists 30s side plank twists (instead of rolling plank)
30s Crunches 30s hovering SL tuck ins (instead of shoulder taps)
Bear crawls (instead of plank reaches)
30s Oblique V sits 30s side plank
Straight legged v-ups (instead of in+out)

12:10-21:10 (9 mins)
24:10-30:10 (6 mins)
Crunches (instead of side plank dips)
