Anna you just made me fall in love with working out.. When I started my fitness journey I never enjoyed exercising and was concerned only about losing weight and when at one point my weight got stuck I got so demotivated.... But since 6 months my thoughts is being completely different... That positive smile on your face in each of your workout session just motivates me. Now losing weight has not been my concern for many months. I now workout because I love working out, I just love to sweat everyday.. Thank you Anna.... ♥️♥️

Gosh, ive been working out for 7 months now, i started with your workouts; but took a break and did other workouts.. now im back and i totally forgot what a challenge your workouts are, you never fail to miss! I considered myself advanced, but your workouts make me feel like a beginner again 🥵🥵🥵

I have a little question. Why do I feel pain in my lower back when I do exercises like these sometimes? Am I maybe not engaging enough my core?

my abs are BURNING, at the beginning i thought that i don't need rest, few seconds after that the rest was for what i waited the most. i'm in love with that workout and i highly recommend this to anyone who likes a decent ab/core workout #growwithanna

This was nice and tough in combination with the dumbell shred. I love the post workout feeling. And the songs were really good. I was singing and not counting. Thanks for motivating us every day and finding new moves in a workout. You are making magic happen 🌸🥰

Anna, you're phenomenal! You have made me what am I today. Let's go back to 4 month's back. Yes, I hated excersising, it's was much much of like a burden than a lifestyle I've been following since 1 year, I resticted everything but still wasn't happy enough. Fitness was much off a 1 week practise and rest was just depressed me because I was just wanted change, change in my attitude and my energy. It's been 4 month's, since I found your Amazing channel and I'm the happiest I've ever been. I now love to push my limites, and definately our sweaty faces hahah.
