hey for anyone that is struggling and feeling unmotivated, i started these workouts in september of 2023 it’s currently april 2024. I combine 5 workouts of hers and try to do them daily. i struggle with body image in myself. these workouts have helped me be more confident in myself. abbs don’t come over night they take years to get but just bc the journey is long doesn’t mean it won’t be worth it. i constantly get told that im skinny and a good size but i am not confident with my self i want a small waist and abbs and these have helped me gain it. it will take longer then 14 days but i promise its all worth it. i will continue to be doing these bc not only is it giving me the body i want its teaching me to be confident and to achieve goals. i’m proud of yall!

I’m not even kidding, this is by far the best abs workout out there yet!

Gonna do this for 2 weeks
Day 1 : Hard but I can feel the burn I sweat a lot .
Day 2 : my legs are sore but I did it
Day 3: My neck hurts but i feel amazing
Day 4: I felt my abs burn
Day 5: my abs are on fire 🔥
Day 6 : I can see some abs lines
Day 7: rest day but I did some stretches
Day 8 : now the workout become easier it's no that hard like on first day . Feels amazing
Day 9: on vacation

I'm going to try to do this for at least a week straight
Day 1: Burns a lot, my stomach definitely feels flatter
Day 2: A lot easier, my stomach is a little firm
Day 3: My neck kinda hurts, seeing a few ab lines
Day 4: Not as hard as the first day
Day 5: Did two of her workouts today a little bit sore
Day 6: Rest day
Day 7: I have like a little 2-pack now

Day 1: I did this one time and I’m seeing my stomach be flatter along with a diet as well
Day 2: got easier and I’m not sore because I stretched yesterday after it
Day 3: was a rest day because i almost passed out before my workout
Day 4: was not that bad. It felt almost easy and i can tell I’m getting a lot stronger. I also swam today and will be doing a leg workout maybe.
Day 5: rest day. It was a busy day and I had 0 time to workout
Day 6: i put on the shorts from my before photo in early may and they fit better. This was also easy enough to complete with proper breathing this time!

Thanks for this workout Lilly. I hope I will lose some fat before summer. I am doing some HIIT workouts every other day and I think I am eating properly. Ever since I got a plan from Next Level Diet I have been losing on weight and it is mostly fat, as I can see.

I'm excited to start this workout tonight. I'll be combining it with the 11 lines ab workout and Fast abs burn.
Day 1: ✔️ (It was a bit challenging to do all three workouts. I definitely felt the burn 🔥 Thanks for the workouts, Lilly ❤️
Day 2: ✔️ (Doing all three workouts is quite a challenge but I'm still going strong 💪)
