Reverse crunch
Leg raises
Flutter kicks

Do 30 seconds of each exercise and take a 15 second rest before the next activity
Once you have done one cycle of all of the activities, do them all twice more.
Without extra long rest periods and you time the workouts perfectly (30 seconds exact, 15 seconds exact) It should take 810 seconds to complete this whole workout ! *13.5 MINUTES TO COMPLETE THIS WHOLE WORKOUT!* !

One thing I recently added to my routine is a weighted/resistance heavy ab day. I can't stress enough how this has improved the definition and overall size of my abdominal and oblique muscles. My best recommendation for abs are being in a calorie deficit, cardio and having a weighted/challenging ab day at least twice a week.

Just a reminder to anyone trying to shape up their bod - you cant spot reduce fat BUT you can tone certain areas. So if you're looking to lose weight in a certain area, common area is belly - and you only do abdominal exercises- you wont see results as quickly as eating healthy and staying active overall.

Stay hydrated, stay motivated, and dont lose hope because results take a while to show! You cant spot reduce fat, but you CAN tone certain areas. Give your whole body the time and love it deserves.

Just did 50 leg raises, and wow 👌, I have been doing reverse crunches on the pull-up bar, but these exercises are way better. Immediately, I could tell right away that these ab workouts are legitimate. If you are reading this, definitely add these exercises to your routine.

Everything effective except those flutter kicks. Beyond an isometric hold on the abs (with legs raised), the kicking only works hip flexors. But if you like the fluttering, have at it, my friend. Keep up the great vids.

I'm proud to say that I've lost 11 pounds from 241 recently. I've been doing arm, shoulder and back exercises so far. I want to rid myself of my belly fat too. I'll be trying these exercises for my core too! Wish me luck 🤞
