GUYS I just wanted to say that Chloe's abs workouts REALLY WORK, they honestly did miracles for my stomach area. I've been steadily losing weight for a long time now (going on and off) but I'm down from the 144 pounds I was last Dec to 133 today, and today i was changing and looked in the mirror AND ALMOST SCREAMED BECAUSE I SAW CLEARLY DEFINED OBLIQUES I've NEVER seen that before I've always been kind of overweight all my teen years but honestly HER EXERCISES WORK COMBINED WITH CLEAN DIET KEEP GOING YALL!!

I made a fitness plan and it goes like this:

Mon - Intense Abs Workout and Legs Workout
Tues - HIIT Cardio Workout
Wed-Cardio Abs Workout and Legs Workout
Thurs - Tabata HIIT Workout
Fri - (This workout) and Legs Workout
Sat - Full Body Workout
Sun - REST DAAAAYYY!!!

Now I've been doing it for a week and gladly there were happy results! All of the workouts are from her and it does really work. Sometimes I struggle but along with a healthy lifestyle, I lost some weight.

P.s. i admit i have cheat days hahahaha (who doesn't have one?)

Hey Here's another abs workout. It's been a while since I've done. Try this routine out along with my intense abs workout to get nice toned abs. You can do both of them together in one go (20mins) so it is more like a cardio abs! That will help burn some fat and also toned your stomach. This routine is more focused on the obliques, so it helps you to get that sexy definition! Remember to eat clean, drink loads of water and rest well. Also remember to engage your core while you're doing the exercises. Some of these exercises require a bit of balance and core strength, but it will get easier! Have a great workout! 🌸 the routine 🌸
(each exercise is for 50 seconds, take a 10 second break between each one)

• ski abs
• bear crunch
• bicycle crunch
• windshield wipes
• oblique leg tilt (?)
• plank with hip twist
• oblique toe touches
• russian twist (you can lift your legs if you want to be more advanced)
• side plank with hip dips (50 sec on each side)
