i"ve never tried the earthquake but i can definitely imagine my whole body shaking from trying to hold it for more that 10sec so the name seems very fitting

in gymnastics we called the earthquake a hollow hold and the longest i’ve ever gone is a minute. do that for 15-30 seconds every day and after literally a week or two you’ll start developing abs. that shit HURTS.

I dance over 10 hours a week and I always thought that was enough of a work out but after I found your channel I started adding you workouts to my daily routine and I am realizing that it feels amazing. 🤩 Plus watching this video, I can feel my core already.

I tried this after a 2mi run, in the 80 degree heat, the day after a meet I ran 3.5 miles at (32, 16, 4x8), and yeah I don’t recommend doing it after a run but omg #4 feels AMAZING ON MY HIPS OMG THE PAIN IS LITERALLY GONE TYSM FOR THIS! And also it’s a good workout but it just hurt me bc I’m sore. Doesn’t mean it will hurt u!

I actually did this before quarantine and my mom and dad walk in and I was too embarrassed for no reason at all and stop my progress

It was sad because I did it secretly for 6-7 months and now I can't even do it because I feel like my mom would think I'm impressing a boy when in all honesty I just wanna have abs so that I could draw on it and wouldn't have to suck my gut everytime my aunts visit
