If you want bigger abs, you have to work the upper abs and lower abs as well as the obliques.

Star crunches 20s
Plank knee to elbow 20s
Crucifix Crunch 20s
RKC plank 20s
Knee-to-Elbow Crunches 20s
And Hollow holds 20s

Rest for 1 min and repeat this circuit 3 times!

From an aesthetic standpoint. Bigger abs make bubble gut. From a strength standpoint. Big abs make stomach safe. 👍

I’ve just started working my abs and tbh I like weighted ab exercises more. I think normal ab exercises are too boring for me.

Prefer hanging leg raises, ab rolls, and weighted crunches. But that’s just me

You cant target lower and upper abs separately.. They are one big muscle. It would be same to say you can target inner and outer chest separately, its not possible. Most people dont know this about abs, but now you do, you are welcome.

You want abs do cardio you flex your core with every workout, you don’t need to focus this much on them. Listen to coach Greg fellas
