I started doing this routine everyday two months ago. I was overweight by atleast 15-20 pounds with lot of fat in the mid section. I started with doing this 6 min routine every morning. After 1.5 weeks, I started doing twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. I struggled for initial 1 week. But since then progressively with every day each exercise has become easier. In around 7-8 weeks, I have lost around 15-18 pounds (combined with healthy eating) especially around by abdominal area. My upper abs are complete flat now. My lower abs have come a long way. Still some way to go before fully flat. My legs and thighs are much leaner and stronger now. I feel lot more fit and energetic. What he says at the end that doing it everyday for 21 days gets insane results is very true in my experience. Consistency is very important. I will continue this everyday twice. Thank you Rowan 🙏

Ladies and gentlemen, we have completed the ab workout. But now, we die by neck pain.

I am doing this exercise for 2 month 2 set daily now i can see my abs line thank u broh
