Keep up the great work on your channel! Question, is it possible to build 6 pack abs without using weights? I started a real focus on abs in the last couple months and can now do expert hanging ab exercises. I do a hanging ab workout on my pullup bar about every other day but do I need to incorporate weights to build the muscle or is what I'm doing enough?
