As a 55 year old, loving your shorter slower workouts. I try to daily workout consistently and complete the moves with intention, I most definitely feel it. Most of all, it keeps us moving and flexible. If you want to jump around like a looney, go elsewhere.

Random note: I really appreciate that a lot of your workouts you are not wearing shoes. Shoes are a big barrier for me when exercising, its just another step to get ready that can push me over the edge of being overwhelmed. My shoes also make a mess in the house if I bring them into the space I exercise. I love that I can just put this video on without having to worry about it!

I’ve always been wanted to work out and be consistent but other YouTubers I found were kind of hard to follow, but I found your channel last month and I started with your beginner friendly morning workouts, and I’ve been able to l work out every morning for a month +now!! I definitely feel my heart and lungs working better and my muscles start to build a bit! Thanks for great workouts videos. You always give such a cheerful, encouraging energy! hi Monika I love your exercises I'm 39 years old but when I do them I feel more energetic I see that it works because my body hurts I always do 2 sessions thanks for your videos

Monika thank you for your short exercises. I am experiencing a deep sadness for the past weeks now. I don't want to move and there's nothing that motivates me. 20-30 minute exercise overwhelms me. But it's getting harder to breathe already so I need to do something. This is a big help. Thank you ❤️

I’m trying to lose some weight by next year which gives me quite some time. I’ve been following your videos since the beginning of this year and I was following religiously but I stopped for a few months but now I’m back and I’m committed as ever. It’s not easy losing 64 pounds but I’m trying to do so it o better my health. I’m unfortunately pretty short and petite but for some reason I’ve gained weight and nobody knows why. And doctors aren’t doing much I have joint problems and I’ve even had surgery which didn’t work and gave me more pain on my knees, so all this extra weight is severely hurting me. I have heart issues and I’m also a type one diabetic. So losing this weight would mean for me to go back to my normal weight. Little by little I will get there sorry for the rant I just want to say thank you for these little videos I do them about maybe twice a day and everyday.

I did this one today but did not feel my abs burning the way they usually do with ab workouts. Wondering if I am doing something wrong? I did also feel quite tired from doing an upper body workout yesterday, so maybe I just didn't put enough energy into the exercises?
