Follow and get sweating to this 20 min bodyweight full body workout! This workout session helps you build muscle and increase strength using compound movements as well as a variation in tempo per exercise. It also has an element of cardio and core moves that will increase your core temperature and ramp up calorie burn. We target the whole body with this workout including your legs (hamstrings, quadriceps and calves), glutes (glute minimus, glute medius and gluteus Maximus) your chest, arms (shoulders, biceps and triceps), back and core (abs). Burn some body fat, expend calories and build your muscle in just 20 minutes full body strength workout.

It would be nice to know how to adapt exercises to a person with very weak initial physical abilities, so it would be comfortable for them. Your 'modification' mini-screen is a step in the right direction, but I feel there should more such steps.
