Hello Jessica, I love your videos and very comfortable and I've been following your workouts since my third month of pregnancy. Now I'm 21 weeks pregnant. I have a doubt that do we need to eat something before starting workout or yoga during pregnancy?

I loved this! The cardio portion was short but effective, I don't think I've sweated so much in a 15 min cardio. I'm also really enjoying the January calendar as a way to explore your content and keep myself motivated to do something every day. I'm 2 yrs postpartum with baby no.2 and its making such a difference for my general mood, not to mention how much stronger I feel. I was sceptical that 20/30 mins would make a difference but it really does! Thanks for making your videos so user friendly and approachable. X

❤‍🔥❤‍🔥❤‍🔥 33 week postpartum. I am a huge fan of all of your videos, and am pretty much working out with you exclusively (prenatal and now postnatal). Your videos are accessible and easy to modify to any level. I love the range of options, especially when you only have a short window to work out during baby's naps, but you still want a complete workout and/or stretch.
