I LOVE all of your videos, they've been so helpful for me throughout my pregnancy. I really loved that this video was longer, I felt like I got a really good workout! I have also really appreciated the shorter videos as well, especially on days when I don't have the energy for a long workout;)

Wow, before pregnancy my arms were so much stronger haha that pushup section was a wake up call haha. Fun work out! 34 and a half week pregnant and have loved your work outs my whole pregnancy and love seeing the ladies who are at further weeks still cranking these out! You and they give me hope I can stay and be strong the whole time and birth my baby with a healthier bodied! thanks for all you do!

I can't get over how wonderful your videos are! I am surrounded by fitness experts and I'm so adverse to the idea of "working out" - but your videos are approachable and encouraging, nothing extreme or aggressive about it. 36weeks and love your exercise. from slow mode till whole body workout. my fave is your video from stretching and relax at the end. feel more energized and reduce my back pain
