This was a great workout! 38 weeks and the ability to add extra arm work (by squeezing the birth ball) was a great addition to the usual moves! Loved this video.

At first I thought this was going to be way too easy of a workout.. Which I wouldn't hate since I'm feeling tired today.. No this was an amazing workout! I feel so good and definitely worked out muscles I haven't been without using the ball. Thank you!
