Day 7 of the 7-day Postpartum Workout Challenge! Whoo hoo! We are doing a short postpartum cardio blast and FULL BODY stretch! I hope you are feeling amazing after and that you loved this weekly postpartum workout plan!

thank you, that was great! Can just about find time for 15 minutes each day - so feels good to have done some cardio and then a good stretch. If you could do more 15 minute yoga/core/pilates etc. that would be great please!

I completed the 7-day workout! Having this short workout as my daily goal really helps me get it started. I am 7.5 months postpartum now. With the stress of caring for baby, return to work, changing job, constantly getting sick and lack of energy, I just started to feel that I can start to work out and return to my old self. Thank you! I will keep following your videos!

🙌Day 7 complete!! Thank you so much for doing this! It really gave me the confidence to start working out again, and next time I am postpartum I think I will start working out even sooner (I'm 3 months postpartum right now). Thank you for making it easy and doable for being at home and with a new baby. 15-20 minutes is great!!

Thank you so much for creating this challenge! I challenged myself to complete the challenge 4 times because I wanted something to hold me accountable and help me make exercise part of my daily routine. I didn’t do any exercise until 5 months postpartum and remember feeling defeated the first day because I felt so weak. But I paced myself and didn’t quit. I just completed day 28 and I’m amazed by how much stronger I’ve gotten. These workouts were the perfect length and the right amount of challenging. Leg Day and full-body HIIT were my absolute favorites!

6 months postpartum and I've been struggling to find my way back to regular workouts. This challenge was perfect for helping to create a habit again! Just what I needed! Thankyou!!! Completed!! I rested at the weekend, took 9 days. I’m fitting them in early morning before the children wake, perfect length of time and finally feeling a bit more realigned. 6 months pp (c section)

So I really liked giving birth :) And it's due to you who teaches to relax, to push & use different tools. So I looked forward to get clearance to start postpartum workouts. Hi, Jessica! My postpartum fitness journey has been frustrating due to a lack of guidance with my diastasis recti, but since finding your channel, I have felt really good pushing myself while knowing that your workouts are designed with postpartum bodies in mind. Thank you so much for helping me to get back into the active lifestyle I enjoy. In the future, I'd love to see some guidance on using resistance bands or mini-loops.
