This is the best workout ever! Perfect length and intensity. Also easy to do tabata sessions. Please, more of this type of longer and more intense workout!

Very very very beginner friendly!!!! This is not advanced or for anyone who trains and works out regularly!!! There’s nothing wrong with this workout it’s just best for people who aren’t athletes . I also like this creator ❤ and appreciate her putting this out there for people it will help - I just wanted something that was actually tougher and more than 20-30seconds long per exercise

I also enjoyed your workout, thanks! IMO it would be an improvement if you had an audio signal at the beginning of the 20 seconds as well as at the end in the Tabata section.

I agree, I'm 26 weeks and I think this is the perfect intensity and length - you feel it burn in places and your heart rate is up but it doesn't feel like too much which is great. Thank you 😊

I consider myself pretty accustomed to more intense workouts. I used to do jiu jitsu, kick boxing and yoga. I am currently 25 weeks pregnant, and I did it, but def felt a few times like I needed to stop. I felt like I got a very good workout, as this was more intense than other pregnancy workouts I have done.

I'm 25 weeks and started your pregnancy workouts maybe a few months before concenption. I do your workouts 3-5 days a week for what feels good that week. Prior to pregnancy I did Insanity, hot yoga, mountain biking, and pretty much all the beachbody workouts because variety is what keeps me exercising. I get bored with the same exercises and that's one of the things I love about your channel is I have a variety of pregnancy safe exercises with variety of lengths because some days you need more and some you need less. I don't think there's a single workout that I haven't liked so far and it is especially nice that you always have new content. I love that you have the warm up, workout, with a cool down stretch. Just keep doing everything you're already doing and I think I will continue your workouts for years. I'm excited for the postpartum exercises when the time comes!
