Thank you! I'm 4 YEARS post-partum and still had a 2 (maybe even 3) finger gap. I've been diligent following your workouts for the last 3 months and I am down to 1 finger! I can hardly believe that I barely have coning anymore!!!! Love love love the 10-15 min workouts - sneak them in on breaks from work

Hello! Thank you so much for this! I'm so grateful that I found you on youtube. I'm making a change in my daily rhythms of life and that includes a 45 min workout daily. It's hard to find a good cardio workout for diastasis recti. Mine is pretty bad and so I'm grateful to have found a solid space that I can find good workouts that are safe.

I’m 4 months pp and have pubic symphysis still. I gained 100 pounds with my pregnancy. These workouts have been helping me heal faster, the pain is real during the workout. Afterwards, I honestly feel so much lighter and relaxed.
