Finished my 7 days (over 9 days but who’s counting 😉), and I absolutely loved it! Love having an organized set of exercises to do each day so I know I’m not overdoing any particular area. Thank you so much Jessica, I hope to see another challenge or series from you soon! 28 weeks strong 💪

I think the pilates was my favourite-- but that's also probably because I'm most comfortable with pilates and yoga! HIIT/Cardio challenges are not ones I usually gravitate towards, so the entire challenge was as great way to push myself! Looking forward to your postpartum challenges soon!

It took me 10 days to get through all 7 workouts, but they were great! I love that they were a little longer and more challenging. Great motivation boost!!

I’ve completed your 7-day and 14-day challenges and I am feeling so great!!! I was that type of person who never worked out! At first I felt tired easily and I could only do the modifications. But by the end of first week I had seen the change in my energy, flexibility and willingness to work out! I said goodbye to leg cramps at night, heavy breathing and back pain and aches. I am able to walk more, work out longer, move around easily, and I am much happier! Thank you so much for these series and your videos are my lifesaver during pregnancy! Highly recommend!

This challenge helped me so much! I feel so much more energized by these workouts in the morning and my blood pressure has gone down with the combination of exercise and eating better. Thank you from momma and baby boy ❤️

Yay I finished the whole thing! For a second I got disappointed in myself for taking one day off, then realized it's amazing that I did 6 days in a row. Didn't even do that when I wasn't pregnant! Your closing words made me smile. Thank you Jessica!

Almost all were my favorites! Now I'm gonna repeat this challenge over and over till my due date :) What helped me was when you were wearing colourful leggins (not the black ones) as I could see better what I was supposed to do with my legs. Thanks a million, Jessica.

I absolutely love your 7 day challenge. Makes getting up and moving during pregnancy a lot easier. Having the workouts in a set 1-7 allows for lots of variety and makes it a no brainer to just get up and do. Love and wish there were more!

I did it!! I took off Saturday and Sunday, but otherwise did it straight through. I LOVED having organized, calculated workouts ready for me. I think arms day and the yoga strengthening with weights were my favorites, because I love to lift weights and have toned arms. Thanks SO much, Jessica!
