23 weeks pregnant, Day 1 of challenge is done. Sweating a lot and breathing is not easy but happy to accomplish.

Just started the challenge at 20 weeks and I am so grateful for this! I was so worried about exercising in case I harmed my baby so I stopped going to the gym but started to gain weight too quickly and feeling sluggish and was loosing self-confidence. I could feel my endorphins rising halfway through this workout and felt so happy to be feeling my body moving again! I feel confident with Jessica's experience and expertise and love the motivational quotes too. I am truly grateful.

I came here to say I just love your uplifting energy and the work you put in here for us FOR FREE! First day of my third trimester, been doing your workouts almost daily and it really makes a difference. This is the second time doing the 14 day challenge and it's a bit more challenging with the growing belly, but still super doable! Perfect! Challenging enough and easy enough.Thank you so much for helping us and our babies be fit and healthy :) it means a lot.

Just completed this challenge and I’m back for the 2nd round. I pretty much abandoned exercise during the first half of my pregnancy and it was getting me down. My fitness has improved so much just after two weeks - so thank you for these free resources! 24 weeks and feeling empowered to make better choices!

First pregnancy, now 34 weeks. I was a dancer before so I thought I would be super fit pregnant but the first months were rougher than expected. I gradually started moving less, though I didn't stop completely. I guess I just had too many changes at the same time as pregnancy. Did your 7 day challenge in like 2 weeks lol and now I want to succeed with this new 14 day challenge. My heart is the one that keeps making me stop, not so much the other muscles. I think I'm just not used to this belly and feeling out of breath so quickly. Thank you for being an inspiration to not stop.

I'm at 15 weeks and I'm so grateful for this challenge! I as pretty active leading up to pregnancy but once I became pregnant, basically all exercise went out the window with the onslaught of daily nausea. I'm so excited to have something to follow for the next two weeks (and longer) to get me back into the groove.

17 weeks and just started today!!! I absolutely love this channel. Hubby is a bit worried about my condition as I've never been very active, and we both want my body to be in the best shape possible for birth. So I'm super glad to have a whole channel of videos I can follow without having to worry about hurting baby!!

I am 34 weeks with baby #3, and this is the first pregnancy where I have been exercising consistently. Your videos have been key over the past few months, and I am looking forward to attempting the full 14 days of this challenge. Thanks! 31 weeks now 🙌 almost died so had to slow down a bit, but it feels great 👍 so glad that I found this channel, it helps me to control my gestational diabetes for a month now since I've been diagnosed 🤞❤️
