So nice to do a pregnancy cardio that wasn’t’t stupidly easy and had good alternatives - meaning I can start to ease back into cardio after the wipeout of the first trimester! Thank you :)

I love this ladies videos, they’re so honest, not too much talking and she just gets on with it.. however, I’m 33 weeks and I find this very is definitely not for third trimester, there’s too much squishing of the bump for my liking and side planks with lifting of the hips is very hard to do with a massive bump.. i will still do her other vids :)

Only found your videos last week. I’m 39 weeks and been doing a range of your cardio and preparing for natural labour videos. Loving the cardio ones especially as it’s getting colder so harder to find the motivation to get out for a walk. I was so impressed that at 39 weeks I was able to do all of the videos without getting tired and actually felt amazing by the end! Currently, I’m doing your cardio workouts in the morning, then a stretch late afternoon following by a bedtime yoga before I go to sleep. Hoping all this will help preparing me for a natural birth and the endurance for labour. Especially as this is my first child and everyone tells me that labour will be quite long.

I am 20 weeks pregnant with twins and this workout is just what I needed! I appreciated the verbal cues to start as well as the chime to end so I don't have to look at the screen and can't focus on what I am doing. I wanted a little bit more intensity so next time I'm going to add light ankle weights as well as a resistance band to kick it up a notch.

I prefer your prenatal workouts over any others I've found because you get right to the point, no unnecessary chatter, especially in between exercises. A 20 min workout really is just about 20 mins (instead of 30 mins!). Thank you!

Thank you so much for your videos it's really helping me alot I was just diagnosed with gestational diabetes in my second trimester I walk everyday and I do this exercise at night with you along with a few of your other videos.
