DAY 1 // Postpartum Cardio Workout (Postpartum Workout Challenge)

Welcome to DAY 1 of the postpartum workout challenge! Today we are doing cardio and then we will rotate through the different muscle groups and try different styles (HIIT, Tabata, Pilates, Yoga, Dance Cardio). Optional Dumbbells for this class, or water bottles or do the moves without weights at all!
Every class will include core healing! I will provide diastasis recti and post-c section modifications. You will want to wait until you have clearance (usually 4-6 weeks after vaginal delivery or 6-8 weeks after c-section). Exclusively on YouTube! I hope you love this challenge!

6 months postpartum and dealing with depression, hypothyroidism, and stubborn baby weight. This kind of exercise is just what I need. Used your exercises all through my pregnancy too!

I'm 3 months PP, and this was the first workout I've done where my pelvic floor didn't feel weak, but where I also feel like I got my heart rate up and a good sweat. Love it!

12 weeks postpartum and been doing HIIT/cardio/full body for 3 weeks. OMG! the difference is A-mazing! I fit into.my post pregnancy clothes again which are actually a bit loose around my waist! 😍 thank you so much!!

I'm in and I'm 2 months postpartum. I really like how short these workouts are. I'm able to wake and do them before I head in to work. And they're intense and engage parts of my body I never really paid attention to. For the first time I actually feel motivated to workout.
