Day 3 of the 7-day Postpartum Workout Challenge! We are doing cardio today (postpartum cardio workout!) You don't need any equipment and I will do the workout low-impact, but I have jumping options if it's safe for you! I hope you love this weekly postpartum workout plan!

Done - almost 9 weeks postpartum and I love this series! It is difficult to do a 30 minute workout without being interrupted by my precious baby, so these short ones really are great so I can at least get some kind of activity in my day outside of caring for the little one! Much love to you and all the mommas out there!

Completed! Love it! 15-20mins daily is what I can afford currently for trainings having 2-months old baby, so I needed something more intensive to compensate the short time! Thank you a lot, I really enjoy this 7 days challenge ❤️

4 months postpartum and I absolutely loved that I can get a good cardio workout done within 15 minutes and not have to jog !! Thank you Jess ❤️❤️👌🏽
