Today is Day 5 of my new 7-Day POSTPARTUM WORKOUT CHALLENGE! We are doing a postpartum cardio workout with no equipment needed! Each workout will only be 10-12 minute to fit into your busy schedule! I hope you feel amazing after this full body postpartum workout!

Jessica Pumple is a registered dietitian, and pre & postnatal fitness instructor and certified pregnancy and postpartum core exercise specialist (PCES). 5 days in a row this challenge has been great for my mental health 👏🏻. I plan to repeat 7 days after the first 7 and I want to see how many days/weeks in a row I can achieve!

Worked out with you during pregnancy and finally after 6months postpartum here I am again!! Woot woot!! Day 5!! Not in a row but I am proud of every little step! My baby is watching me sitting in the pack’n’play while I work out ❤

I am pouring sweat and certainly out of shape, but thank you so much for doing a challenge as this one. I know it's more then doable intensity wise before the rest of the kids wake up, it's short enough to keep baby entertained on her mat while watching me, and honestly if it weren't a challenge, I wouldn't have worken out 5 days in a row! I'll be repeating this one until my body is ready for your more intense/longer ones! And such a great variety too!

Thank you! I am taking this challenge very slow, because on some days my 6 week old son just doesn't want to lie in his bed. In that case, I do baby wearing workouts, which are a soo helpful these days.

Today he is sleeping peacefully after a bath and lots of nursing so I could enjoy this workout.

this was rough with how sore my legs and arms are from the last two days! lol feels good to have my heart rate up and sweaty tho!!

Dang girl... Your endurance is crazy! Day 5 done. But shoot, how do you do so many leg intensive moves one after another? I had to accept I'm moving slower and doing less reps than you. 😂 WEAK SAUCE!
