i'm only 14 yrs old and 36 weeks. being a teen mom to be has been very stressful and this video is the only thing that can center me. ☺☺ with all the tension and pressure around my house these 16 mins are the highlight of my day !

Almost 27 weeks! These stretches help me a lot. I did yoga through my entire 1st pregnancy and it did wonders all around. All my aches, pains, ailments and stress goes away and I feel better and stronger and ready for labor 💪💕

34 weeks today, definitely need to do more stretching since some of it was hard but didn’t feel like there wasn’t anything I couldn’t do. Feeling very relaxed and accomplished, thank you so much! I’ll keep tuning in as I’m sure this will make labor easier!

29 weeks ! Just made it into my 3rd trimester . This was so relaxing I've been experiencing sciatica pain more frequently this really helped . I started doing these videos before bed so it'll calm my legs and it always works ! Thanks so much for the awesome videos I'm able to complete all of them some are more challenging but always doable this was a great video for relaxation just what I needed !

31 weeks pregnant and this was my first time exercising since my first trimester. I had some complicates and was on bed rest but finally, things seem to be settling down so it's time to prep my body for labor! This was a great stretch along with the 5 min warm-up.

Hi, having just reached 35 weeks today, I have been following alongside your 5 min warm up prior to these stretches. I've been a little disconnected with doing any major work out during my whole pregnancy (besides taking long walks), but these has finally got me back to feeling so much better mentally and physically.
